Job Title: Outreach and Marketing Manager

Salary Range: $85,000 - $90,000 with opportunities for bonus

Job Summary:
The EMS Outreach and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote the services of the J.E.T. Response. This role focuses on increasing community awareness, improving patient outreach, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and enhancing the overall image and brand of the organization. The position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and a passion for public health and emergency services.
Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and outreach plans to promote EMS services, including public awareness campaigns, digital marketing, and community engagement activities.

Identify target audiences and tailor messaging to different segments, including community members, healthcare providers, businesses, and government agencies.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and the EMS landscape to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Community Outreach:

Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and local government entities to promote J.E.T. services.

Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other public engagements to raise awareness about EMS programs and services.

Develop educational materials and conduct presentations to inform the public about emergency preparedness, CPR, first aid, and other relevant topics.

Brand Management:

Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, social media content, and website updates.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and communications.

Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Digital Marketing and Social Media:

Manage and grow the organization’s online presence through social media platforms, email marketing, and the website.

Create engaging content that highlights the team’s work, success stories, and upcoming events.

Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with internal stakeholders, including leadership, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals, to align marketing efforts with operational goals.

Collaborate with local government officials, healthcare networks, and business leaders to strengthen partnerships and foster support for initiatives.

Reporting and Analytics:

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, outreach efforts, and community engagement activities.

Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights into marketing performance and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably in healthcare, emergency services, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in community outreach, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Skills:

Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and brand management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver presentations.

Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including social media management software, email marketing systems, and analytics tools.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
